Design research is foundational to creating products, services, and systems that respond to human needs. We include design research as part of our process to ensure that we meet user needs while also ensuring that the business goals are front of mind.
Once the wireframes include all the functionality and the branding is applied, we create a clickable prototype to convey what the software will look like and how it will work. The idea is to provide a mock experience to validate if it solves the initial problem.

The client requested a best-in-class native mobile drinks delivery app. The app needed to fulfillall the requirements of a fully functional e-commerce App, as well as contain specialfeatures that will differentiate the brand from others. The unique differentiator was key.
