Our client needed to replace their current insurance advice administration solution with an online solution. Coupled with this solution was the need for administering the advice process from a compliance point of view.

Our client needed to design, develop and release a replacement policy administration system to replace the current old technology. A multi-year project, of which lines are already live and being progressively rolled out to brokers and agents.

Our client provides personal and business insurance solutions in South Africa and internationally. Its personal insurance products include funeral, life, car, household, legal plan, and building insurance products; and home warranty products, as well as extended car warranty solutions. Our client recognised the need to transform to an Agile organisation in order to remain resilient and a leader in the market. They approached DVT to assist them with their transformation journey towards and Agile organisation.
